฿5,000, refundable. Returned in full, by the same method you paid it; processed the same day you hand the bike back. Cash is same-day, in your hand. Bank transfers go out the same day too — how quickly they land is down to your bank.

Only three things can come out of it:

• Accident damage, charged against the damage schedule in your contract
• Traffic fines that arrive in our name and are still unpaid
• Distance over your allowance

Every deduction is itemised and photographed. We never hold a passport.

Accident damage is charged against a fixed schedule — no negotiation at the counter. Fair wear and tear is ours.

Items not listed are quoted at cost and agreed before any work starts.

Always the rider's responsibility:

• Tyres, wheels and punctures
• Fuel
• Traffic fines, and ฿500/day if the bike is impounded
• Distance over your allowance
• A lost smart key (฿4,000)

1,500 km per month, pooled across the whole contract — a big month and a quiet month average out.

Distance beyond the pooled total is charged at ฿2/km at the end of the term.

All scheduled servicing is booked and paid for by us. On service days you ride a replacement bike from our daily fleet at no charge.

Road tax and compulsory insurance (พ.ร.บ.) are included and kept current by us. พ.ร.บ. covers personal injury only — damage to the bike, other vehicles or property is the rider's responsibility.

Once a month you send an odometer photo through a link we provide. It takes a minute and keeps your servicing on schedule.

Billing is 3 months in advance.

You'll need:

• A long-stay visa — not a tourist entry or a visa exemption stamp
• Proof of income or savings (a work permit, pay slips, or a bank statement)
• A licence you can legally ride on here — see below
• A Bangkok address we can verify

A licence valid for Thailand, by one of three routes:

• A Thai motorcycle licence. Always valid, never expires mid-contract, and the simplest option if you are staying a while. We run a service that gets you one.
• An ASEAN country licence. Nationals of ASEAN member states ride on their home domestic licence alone — no International Driving Permit needed.
• Your home licence + an IDP. Everyone else needs an International Driving Permit endorsed for motorcycles, carried together with the original home licence. It has to be issued in your own country before you travel.

ASEAN licences recognised directly: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam.

At the end of the term: hand the bike back, renew for another term, or swap onto a different bike.

Leaving early costs 2 months' rental on top of the current pre-paid block, which is not refunded.
