Why book before you land
Bangkok has no shortage of rental shops, but the good bikes go first — especially the automatics everyone wants, and especially over Songkran, New Year and through the November-to-February high season. Arriving and hoping is how people end up on a tired bike from whoever still has one.
Booking ahead also means the paperwork is already done. Your bike is checked, fuelled and waiting; collection takes about ten minutes rather than an afternoon spent walking between shops comparing prices that change when you ask.
The availability above is genuine. It reads our actual fleet and our actual bookings when you load the page. If a bike shows as booked, it is booked — and its card tells you the date it comes free. Most sites in this city take your details and email you back; we would rather just show you.
How it works
- 1 Pick your dates above. The price you see is the total for the whole rental, not a headline day rate that changes at checkout.
- 2 Pay a 20% deposit — or in full. Your choice at checkout, by card or Thai QR. Either way the bike is held in your name; you are not on a waiting list.
- 3 Bring your documents. Passport and a licence you can legally ride on here. Ten minutes at the shop and you are away.
- 4 Settle up on collection. The balance if you paid a deposit, plus a refundable ฿3,000 security deposit. We never keep a passport instead.
